The Rat King navigates the sewers updated and tricked out with all of the latest and greatest armor provided by Baxter Stockmen. His lead rat was upgraded with a bio suit with Mouser commanding technology. Now not even the turtles can put an end to the Rat Kings tyranny!!!!!
